We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Industry: Jewelry Store
Work Days: Monday – Saturday

Job Responsibilities

  • Attend to customers in-store and online with professionalism and warmth.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback efficiently.
  • Provide detailed product information and guide customers in making purchases.
  • Maintain accurate sales and customer records.
  • Ensure the store environment is tidy, organized, and welcoming.
  • Assist with packaging and order coordination.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service or sales (preferably in retail / fashion / jewelry).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Must be courteous, confident, and well-groomed.
  • Must reside around Lekki or nearby areas.
  • Preference: Candidates residing within close proximity to Lekki Phase 1

Salary
N100,000 / month.
