Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Ketu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Type: Onsite

Responsibilities

  • Attend to customer inquiries and provide prompt assistance.
  • Handle calls, emails, and messages in a professional manner.
  • Maintain a positive and helpful attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Record and manage customer feedback and complaints.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and follow up on pending issues.
  • Support the sales and operations team when needed.

Requirements

  • Qualification: OND / BSc with 1 – 2 years experience.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability.
  • Basic computer knowledge and attention to detail.

Salary
N80,000 monthly.
