Job Summary
- As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns.
- You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless customer experience and build strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about our products/services
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Document customer interactions and feedback
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 year of experience in customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Friendly and courteous demeanor.
Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 per month.
