Job Responsibilities
- Attend to online customers promptly and professionally
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and enquiries
- Manage order processing and follow up with customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Provide product information and support to clients
- Ensure proper communication between customers and the operations team
- Manage social media enquiries and respond appropriately
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude in all customer interactions.
Salary
N100,000 per month.
