Job Title: Customer Service / Sales Representative

Location: Yaba, Lagos.
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a smart, confident, and customer-focused Sales / Customer Service Representative to join our Beauty Hair Brand.
  • Someone who also has strong sales skills, and the ability to create a warm and engaging shopping experience for every client.
  • You will be responsible for attending to customers, promoting our wig collections, handling inquiries, and ensuring excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in selecting suitable wigs and hair products based on their preferences and style.
  • Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge including hair textures, lengths, colors, and maintenance tips.
  • Promote and sell wigs, hair extensions, and related beauty accessories to new and returning clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service both in-store and online (via WhatsApp, Instagram, or other platforms).
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Maintain neat and attractive product displays.
  • Record daily sales, manage inventory updates, and ensure stock availability.
  • Process payments accurately through POS or online transactions.
  • Assist with promotional activities, social media content, and marketing campaigns.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and repeat purchases.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND / NCE or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a wig, hair, or beauty brand.
  • Passion for beauty, wigs, and hair products.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, stylish, and presentable appearance that reflects the brand image.
  • Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Basic computer or POS operation knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of different wig types (human hair, synthetic, frontal, closure, etc.).
  • Familiarity with online sales platforms and customer engagement on social media.
  • Experience in beauty retail or hair care consultancy.

Salary
N120,000 / month.
