Job Title: Customer Success Lead

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop customer success strategies to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Strategic Planning: Analyze customer data and feedback to identify patterns, predict potential churn, and uncover opportunities for product or service improvements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketingand support teams to align customer success initiatives with company goals and ensure a cohesive customer journey.
  • Issue Resolution: Manage customer crises and conflicts, resolving issues in a manner that maintains trust and prevent churn.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to leverage customer data and success metrics to make informed decisions, identify areas for improvement, and develop targeted strategies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, insurance or a related field.
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in customer success or account management.
  • Experience working in a insurance firm or banking background.-
  • Female Gender preferably.

Remuneration
N250,000 – N300,000 monthly.
