We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Cyber Security Officer (Offensive Security & Red Team Operations)

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilitie

  • Lead and execute end-to-end penetration testing on applications, networks, cloud environments, and APIs.
  • Conduct red team operations and adversary emulation exercises to assess the effectiveness of detection and response capabilities.
  • Identify, exploit, and document security vulnerabilities in accordance with ethical hacking best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with blue and purple teams to enhance incident response readiness.
  • Design and maintain custom tools, scripts, and exploits for engagement automation.
  • Deliver clear, actionable reports with remediation guidance for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Monitor emerging threats, TTPs, and vulnerabilities to ensure up-to-date security strategies.
  • Support awareness and training initiatives by demonstrating exploitation and defense techniques.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies, frameworks, and standards (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.).

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven hands-on experience in ethical hacking, penetration testing, or red team operations.
  • Strong understanding of networking, system architecture, and cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Proficiency with tools such as Metasploit, Burp Suite, Nmap, Cobalt Strike, Nessus, and BloodHound.
  • Skilled in scripting languages (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) and exploit development.
  • In-depth knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK, OWASP Top 10, and common exploitation methodologies.
  • Relevant certifications such as OSCP, CRTO, CEH, PNPT, or eCPPT highly preferred.

  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
