FoodOnline Limited is a dynamic food delivery and logistics tech company revolutionizing how Nigerians access meals. It connects users to their favorite restaurants and food vendors through a fast, user-friendly mobile app.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Delivery Companion

Locations:  Abuja, Abia, Akwa Ibom, Anambra, Delta, Enugu, Kaduna, Kano, Lagos, Niger, Oyo, Plateau, and Rivers

Job Description

  • Traditionally, delivery stops at the customer’s door, gate, or building entrance, requiring them to come out and collect their order.
  • With our Delivery Companion Program, customers can request for a trained local delivery companion to receive the food from the main rider and bring it directly to them wherever they are within the building, office floor, or compound.

Role Description
Delivery Companions will:

  • Be located within assigned coverage zones (e.g., estates, office complexes, business hubs, or neighborhoods).
  • Pick food from food online restaurant partners and handover to customers.
  • Collect food orders from Food Online dispatch riders.
  • Deliver the order directly to the customer’s desk, gate, or preferred spot within minutes.
  • Maintain a friendly, professional, and trustworthy attitude.

Requirements

  • Candidates must possess a minimum of OND, HND, NCE, Advanced A-Level or exceptionally talented individuals or those on study breaks.
  • Must be within the age of 18-36years
  • Reside in high-demand areas or within walking distance of coverage zones.
  • Be physically fit and able to move quickly.
  • Possess good communication skills and customer service etiquette.
  • Have a smartphone for receiving order alerts.
  • Present valid identification (e.g., NIN, Voter’s Card).
