Integrated Dairies Limited (IDL), also known as IDL, is a leading Nigerian dairy company established in 2003 and headquartered in Jos, Plateau State. IDL manages the full dairy value chain from animal breeding and feed production to milk processing and packaging. Its FarmFresh and Refreshbrand produces pasteurised milk and a variety of yoghurt products distributed across major Nigerian cities.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Delivery Driver

Location: Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Delivery Driver to support our distribution operations in Abuja (FCT)
  •  The ideal candidate will be responsible for timely and accurate delivery of goods, strict adherence to safety and quality standards, and physical support to the sales team during product handling
  • Experience in cold chain logistics is required to ensure temperature-sensitive products are properly managed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate assigned delivery vehicles within Abuja and surrounding areas
  • Ensure timely delivery of products according to assigned schedules
  • Handle cold chain products, maintaining required temperature control at all times
  • Load, offload, and arrange products carefully to prevent damage
  • Assist the sales team with the lifting and movement of products as required
  • Conduct daily vehicle and cold chain equipment checks
  • Maintain accurate delivery records, logs, and proof of delivery
  • Adhere strictly to traffic laws, company policies, and health & safety standards
  • Report vehicle faults, delivery issues, or delays promptly.

Requirements

  • Minimum of SSCE or equivalent qualification
  • Valid Nigerian driver’s license
  • Proven experience as a delivery driver
  • Physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg
  • Good knowledge of Abuja roads and delivery routes
  • Ability to read delivery documents and use basic tracking tools.

  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
