We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Deputy Provost

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual to serve as Deputy Provost.
  • The Deputy Provost is a senior leader at Lily College of Nursing Sciences (LCNS), supporting the provost in ensuring academic excellence and operational efficiency.
  • The role provides strategic oversight of curriculum development, faculty performance, quality assurance, student success, compliance, and stakeholder engagement to advance the College’s mission.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum of a Master’s Degree in Nursing, and a registered Nurse Educator, Doctoral degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in higher education, including academic and
    administrative functions.
  • Experience in curriculum development, faculty management, accreditation processes, and policy
    implementation and record in strategic planning, team leadership, and institutional advancement.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong ability to lead across academic and operational functions.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Demonstrated integrity, professional ethics, and a commitment to student-centered leadership.
  • Proficient in academic and administrative management systems.
  • Capacity to foster innovation, institutional effectiveness, and stakeholder collaboration.
