Job Title: Direct Sales Associate (Realtor)

General Description

  • The Direct Sales Associate is responsible for actively generating leads, engaging prospects, and closing real estate sales.
  • This role involves direct interaction with potential buyers, tenants, and investors to promote the company’s property listings and services.
  • The Direct Sales Associate serves as a key driver of revenue by converting prospects into clients while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct property presentations to prospective buyers.
  • Skillfully negotiate and close real estate Transactions.
  • Cultivate and nurture lasting relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and securing repeat business.
  • Build a productive Real Estate Sales Team.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications in Sales or other related courses will be an added advantage
  • Must have at least 1 year and above experience.

Required Skills:

  • Proven track record of success in direct sales within the real estate sector.
  • Ability to build and manage a Team.
  • Strong negotiation and closing a deal.
