We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: EHS Clerk and Data Analyst

Location: Akamkpa, Cross River 
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary 

• The EHS Clerk and Data Analyst will support the Environment, Health & Safety team by managing documentation, maintaining compliance records, and analysing EHS data to generate actionable insights.
• The role requires proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau to support decision-making and continuous improvement in safety and environmental performance.

Responsibilities 

• Maintain and update EHS records, permits, inspection logs, and incident reports.
• Assist in preparing reports for internal audits, regulatory compliance, and management reviews.
• Support document control processes and ensure timely filing and retrieval of EHS documentation.
• Collect, clean, and analyse EHS data (e.g., incidents, near misses, inspections, emissions, waste).
• Develop dashboards and visual reports using Power BI or Tableau to track KPIs and trends.
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual EHS performance reports.
• Assist in tracking compliance with local, national, and corporate EHS regulations and standards.
• Support the EHS team in monitoring corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
• Participate in internal audits and inspections as needed
• Support the development of EHS awareness materials and training content.
• Assist in organizing safety meetings, toolbox talks, and training sessions.

Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 per month.
