We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Energy & Infrastructure Associate
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Advise on transactions across oil & gas, power, renewable energy, and infrastructure projects
- Work closely with partners to provide transactional, regulatory, and advisory support
- Contribute to the structuring and execution of high-value energy projects across Africa
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks in Nigeria and Africa’s energy markets
- Exhibit excellent drafting, analytical, and research skills, with commercial awareness and attention to detail
Requirements
- B.L from the Nigerian Law School or equivalent Bar qualification in another African jurisdiction
- 3–7 years’ post-call experience in a reputable commercial law firm with focus on energy, oil & gas, power, or infrastructure
- Demonstrated experience handling energy or infrastructure transactions
- Excellent writing, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Strong legal research competency and ability to manage multiple projects.
