Experience: Minimum 2 years in estate agency or real estate sales
Education: SSCE minimum; degree preferred
Salary: ₦100,000 – ₦250,000 per month + commission

Job Description:

Source and list properties for sale or rent on behalf of clients.

Conduct property viewings and negotiate terms between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants.

Prepare and process sales and rental agreements ensuring legal compliance.

Build and maintain a client database and generate leads through networking and marketing.

Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.

Coordinate with legal and financial professionals to facilitate transactions.

Attend property auctions and promotional events to expand business opportunities.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 2 years experience in estate agency or real estate sales.

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Good understanding of local real estate market and property valuation.

Self-motivated with ability to meet sales targets.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
