We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Estate / Store Officer

Location: Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are seeking an energetic, highly organized and detail-oriented Estate/Store Officer to manage company estates, store operations, and inventory systems.
  • The ideal candidate will ensure accurate stock records, efficient asset management, and smooth logistics to support our fast-paced operations.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update accurate records of materials, equipment, and assets.
  • Monitor stock levels, track usage, and prepare requisition requests.
  • Implement proper storage, tagging, and inventory management systems.
  • Conduct periodic stock counts and reconciliation.
  • Support estate management functions including asset tracking and facility oversight.
  • Work closely with procurement and project teams to ensure timely supply of materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Estate Management, Procurement, or related field.
  •  2 – 4 years’ relevant experience in storekeeping, inventory management, or estate administration.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and store management software.
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and record-keeping ability.
  • Must be able to multitask and work under pressure while meeting up with set timelines for each assignment.
  • Good knowledge of Account Management and Report.
  • Good Knowledge of Facility/Estate Management and Operations.
