We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Estate Surveyor and Valuer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary of Role

• We seeks to engage a qualified and experienced Estate Surveyor and Valuer through a recruitment agency.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional property valuation, management, and advisory services while supporting the firm’s business development objectives.
• The role requires effective management of diverse property portfolios, accurate reporting, client advisory, and strict compliance with regulatory and professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct property valuations for sales, leasing, mortgage, and investment purposes.
• Manage, market, and supervise residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
• Prepare valuation reports, feasibility studies, and market/market research analyses.
• Provide advisory services on property investment, asset and portfolio management.
• Identify and secure new property and business development opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with property laws, regulations, and professional standards.
• Liaise with clients, tenants, property owners, and relevant government agencies.

Requirements

• HND or B.Sc. in Estate Management or a related discipline.
• 5–10 years relevant experience in property valuation, estate management, or real estate consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of valuation principles, property laws, and market dynamics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate/property management software.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and professional work ethic.
• Membership of NIESV and registration with ESVARBON (or in progress) is an added advantage.

Salary
N300,000 – N350,000 per month.
