We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Executive Corporate Presentation Officer

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare high-quality PowerPoint/Google Slide presentations for Board meetings, CEO reviews, investor briefings, and cross-functional leadership discussions.
  • Translate raw data, reports, and business inputs into clear, concise, well-structured slides.
  • Ensure brand consistency, visual coherence, and accuracy across all presentation materials.
  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Canva AI, PowerPoint Copilot, etc.) to generate first-draft content, summaries, visual layouts, charts, and design templates.
  • Apply AI for data analysis, trend extraction, and creating concise executive summaries.
  • Build AI-assisted pitch decks and workflow automations to speed up content development.
  • Collaborate with CXOs, department heads, and strategy teams to collect inputs, validate data, and refine messaging.
  • Manage multiple versions of presentations, track changes, and ensure timely readiness for all Board-level presentations.
  • Convert complex business metrics into visually engaging charts, infographics, and dashboards.
  • Craft strategic narratives aligned with corporate goals, business performance, and market dynamics.
  • Handle sensitive Board-level information with the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Maintain version control, establish documentation standards, and ensure proper data governance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Management, Economics, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in corporate strategy, business presentations, executive support, or a similar role.
  • Experience working with senior leadership or in a conglomerate/multi-business environment is an advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Slides, and presentation design tools.
  • Working knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Canva AI, Perplexity, etc.).
