We have re-imagined the pre-school to primary Six (6) education at the MEMOMAC School from the ground up. We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Facilities and Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Manage repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime in school operations.
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff, contractors, and service providers to ensure standard execution of task/jobs.
- Respond promptly to facility-related issues and emergencies, ensuring continuity of school activities.
- Oversee the school facility budgets and resource allocation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility management.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and building systems.
