We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Facility Maintenance and Expansion Officer

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Description

  • We are seeking a facility maintenance and expansion officer to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the maintenance of all our 14 facilities across different states from our physical office in Ikoyi
  • Use software, sheets, and tools to monitor equipment maintenance
  • Work with logistics managers to identify facility problems and solve them quickly
  • Supervise the set up of new facilities independently
  • Keep facility maintenance costs within desired financial limits
  • Ensure utility bills are promptly attended to and centres are powered

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification with at least 2 years of work experience.
  • Should live near Ikoyi
  • Should be willing to travel as necessary
  • Strong communication, memorization, and teamwork skills.
  • Capacity to perform your duties diligently, particularly during stressful situations.
  • Must be able to work on some Sundays and holidays.
  • Work from the office 23 days a month
  • Should be willing to work with the company long-term.
