Experience: Minimum 4 years in facility or property management
Education: Degree or HND in Estate Management, Facility Management or related
Salary: ₦180,000 – ₦350,000 per month

Job Description:

Manage maintenance and operations of commercial and residential buildings.

Coordinate cleaning, security, landscaping, and other facility services.

Develop and monitor budgets for facility operations and maintenance.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Liaise with tenants and resolve facility-related complaints.

Supervise facility staff and contractors to ensure quality service delivery.

Prepare reports on facility performance and improvements.

Job Requirements:

Degree or HND in relevant discipline.

Experience managing multiple facilities or estates.

Knowledge of facility management best practices and legal requirements.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Ability to manage budgets and vendor contracts.
