• We seek a dynamic and results-driven Facility Manager to join our team and ensure smooth operations in our sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of facilities, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Manage building maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
• Develop and implement cost-effective maintenance strategies.
• Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost optimization.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure facilities meet organizational and legal standards.
• Supervise and support facility staff to ensure operational excellence.

Requirements

• First Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Facilities Management.
• Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in budgeting and financial management.
