Job Title: Facility Officer (AC Repairs & Maintenance)
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Facility Officer with strong expertise in air conditioning (AC) repairs and maintenance.
- The role focuses on ensuring that all cooling systems across our offices and facilities operate efficiently, while also supporting general facility upkeep.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on AC units and cooling systems.
- Diagnose faults and perform repairs or coordinate with approved technicians/vendors.
- Monitor and maintain AC performance to ensure optimal working conditions.
- Keep maintenance schedules and logs for AC servicing.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Support other minor facility maintenance tasks when required.
- Respond promptly to AC-related emergencies and breakdowns
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum OND/Technical Certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
- Proven hands-on experience in AC repairs and maintenance.
- Good knowledge of refrigeration systems and safety practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and service split units, package units, and central systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Basic reporting and record-keeping ability
