Job Description
- A Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing assistance, information, and support to customers regarding products or services. Their duties include answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Remote and Hybrid
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree with 2-5 years experience.
- Female preferable
- Resides on the Island (Lekki)
- Proven work experience as a customer service representative
Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 / Month.
