Job Title: Female Online Customer Representative

Location: Benin City, Edo

Job Summary

  • The Online Customer Representative is responsible for interacting with customers online, replying messages, providing excellent customer service, and engaging with customers across digital platforms to promote the brand’s products and enhance the overall online shopping experience.

Requirements

  • You will work from the office (onsite)
  • You will be trained on how to do the job effectively.
  • You should have a basic knowledge of Social Media (Facebook and Instagram)
  • Good communication ability
  • Prompt response to client messages
  • Accurate delivery of Brand’s information
  • Able to maintain confidentiality of brand

Salary
N100,000 – N120,000 Monthly.
