Job Title: Female Restaurant Manager
Location: Opebi, Ikeja – Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
- Hire, train, and manage front-of-house staff.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and presentation standards.
- Manage scheduling, payroll, and labor cost control.
- Maintain inventory and coordinate with suppliers to manage stock levels.
- Oversee compliance with health and safety regulations and licensing laws.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Assist with marketing and promotional activities to boost sales.
- Monitor and manage restaurant budgets, sales targets, and cost controls.
- Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, labor, and customer trends.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 5 – 6 years of experience.
Salary
N120,000 – N130,000 per month.
