Location: Lagos

About the Role
- We are seeking proactive, customer-oriented, and energetic individuals to join our team as Field Customer Agents.
- The ideal candidates will serve as the company’s frontline representatives, engaging directly with customers to deliver excellent service, resolve issues, and ensure smooth operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and field customers.
- Ensure timely collection, delivery, or verification of customer-related information and documentation.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Support field operations by coordinating with dispatch, logistics, and customer service teams.
- Promote company products and services when engaging with clients.
- Provide regular feedback and field reports to the supervisor or team lead.
Requirements
- Minimum of an OND / NCE qualification
- Prior experience in field operations, customer service, or sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and customer engagement skills.
- Must be goal-driven, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be familiar with assigned coverage areas and possess good mobility (motorcycle or other means of field movement is an advantage).
Salary
N70,000 – N90,000 Monthly.
