Job Summary
- As the Finance Lead, you will be responsible for leading the organization’s financial strategy, planning, and operations to support sustainable growth and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning across the organization
- Oversee financial reporting, controls, and compliance with regulatory, tax, and accounting standards
- Build and manage financial models, unit economics, and performance metrics to support decision-making
- Manage investor, donor, and stakeholder financial reporting, including grants and funding compliance
- Establish and strengthen financial policies, systems, and internal controls as the organization scales
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in finance, preferably within startups, healthcare, or technology-driven organizations
- Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, or MBA) is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, IFRS, and the Nigerian regulatory environment
- Proven experience managing grants, donor funds, or investor reporting.
Salary
N1,000,000 – N1,200,000 Monthly.
