Job Summary
- A foremost construction company is seeking to recruit a highly competent and experienced Foreman to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will provide hands-on supervision of site operations, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities and coordinate site workers, subcontractors, and artisans.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Monitor progress, materials usage, and report on site performance.
- Maintain discipline, orderliness, and productivity on site.
- Liaise with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of BSc or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Quantity Surveying or related field.
- Proven track record with minimum of 7 years’ practical experience in building and civil engineering works.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Knowledge of construction equipment, materials, and safety standards.
- Must be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
