Location: Owerri, Imo

Job Summary

• The Front Desk Officer will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring professional customer service and administrative efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and manage client inquiries.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Maintain visitor logs and appointment schedules.
• Support administrative and clerical duties.
• Keep the reception area tidy and professional.

Qualifications / Requirements

• OND/HND/B.Sc. in Office Administration, Business, or related field.
• 1–2 years of front desk or administrative experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Email).
• Smart, courteous, and well-presented.

Salary
N720,000 annually
