Job Summary

  • We are hiring a skilled General Maintenance Officer with 2 – 4 years of hands-on experience in facility maintenance.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge and practical skills in areas including electricals, woodwork, plumbing, and AC maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out routine maintenance tasks and inspections.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests or breakdowns.
  • Maintain electrical fixtures, plumbing systems, AC units, and wood fittings.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards.
  • Maintain maintenance records and report issues proactively.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
  • 2 – 4 years of proven experience in general maintenance or a related role.
  • Hands-on skills in electrical repairs, woodwork, plumbing, and AC maintenance.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.
  • Physically fit and capable of handling manual tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious.
  • Basic understanding of maintenance tools and equipment.

Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 / Month.
