Job Summary
- As the General Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring operational excellence, and providing strategic leadership across geosynthetics, coastal protection, and construction (roads/buildings).
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans; identify new business opportunities and manage key stakeholder relationships.
- Oversee full project lifecycles (bid to completion) across geosynthetics/coastal/construction; ensure quality, safety, scope, schedule, and budget compliance.
- Optimize operations and resources (equipment, materials, workforce) and streamline office administration in line with company policies.
- Support financial management (budgets, cost control, invoicing/AR) and lead, mentor, and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc. Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying; MBA / management qualification is an advantage.
- 10+ years’ industry experience with 5+ years in senior leadership within construction/engineering design; willingness to travel.
- Strong technical knowledge of geosynthetics and coastal protection.
Salary
NGN 800,000 – NGN 1,100,000 / Month.
