We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Global Relationship Manager / Partnerships Lead (Private, Government & Grants)

Location: Fully Remote (Global)
Department: Strategic Partnerships, Business Development & Grants
Reports To: CEO / Head of Strategic Growth

About the Role

  • KloudOpp Limited is seeking a highly influential, globally connected Global Relationship Manager / Partnerships Lead to drive private sector alliances, government engagements, donor partnerships, and grant acquisition strategies for multi-country operations.
  • This role requires extremely strong networks, verifiable relationship track records, and advanced experience navigating international development partners, global NGOs, donor agencies, private corporates, foundations, ministries, and government regulatory bodies.
  • The ideal candidate must have a proven history of securing large-scale partnerships, grants, MoUs, multi-year collaborations, and revenue-driving agreements across FinTech, EdTech, HealthTech, Logistics, Public Sector and Development ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities
Global Private Sector Partnerships:

  • Build and drive high-value partnerships with global corporations, enterprise clients, strategic alliances, and private sector investors.
  • Identify multi-region B2B opportunities to drive international revenue expansion.
  • Lead partnership negotiations, commercial arrangements, and long-term value structuring.

Government & Public Sector Engagement:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with ministries, regulators, government agencies, parastatals, and state institutions across multiple countries.
  • Lead discussions for MoUs, public-private partnerships, technical collaborations, and national initiatives.
  • Navigate government ecosystems with policy awareness, regulatory understanding, and public-sector compliance.

Grants, Donor & International Development Partnerships:

  • Identify, apply for, and secure grants from global donor agencies including:
    • USAID
    • World Bank / IFC
    • UN Agencies
    • African Development Bank (AfDB)
    • Gates Foundation
    • EU Development Funds
    • UK FCDO
    • Global non-profits and international foundations
  • Manage proposal writing, relationship building, compliance alignment, and reporting frameworks.

Strategic Influence & Relationship Leadership:

  • Serve as the global face of KloudOpp in strategic partnership conversations.
  • Represent the company across global conferences, industry forums, government briefings, and donor events.
  • Expand the company’s brand visibility in target regions and sectors.

Revenue, Growth & Impact Delivery:

  • Own revenue generation targets tied to partnerships, contracts, and grants.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create partner-driven programs, technical proposals, and joint initiatives.
  • Build and manage a high-value partnership pipeline with measurable growth outcomes.

Governance, Compliance & Reporting:

  • Ensure due diligence, partnership agreements, and grant requirements meet global standards.
  • Track KPIs, provide executive reports, and maintain a structured relationship intelligence database.

Required Experience

  • 10–15 years in global partnerships, donor relations, government engagement, grants management, or enterprise-level business development.
  • Proven track record of closing multi-million dollar partnerships, grants, or government agreements.
  • Strong network and relationships across corporate, government, donor, and international ecosystems.
  • Experience working with global organizations, NGOs, donor bodies, foundations, and public-sector projects.
  • Experience collaborating with technical and product teams in FinTech, EdTech, HealthTech, Logistics, or technology environments.
  • High political maturity, diplomacy, negotiation strength, and executive influence.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience submitting or managing grants worth $500K–$10M+.
  • Background working in international development, impact programs, or government modernization initiatives.
  • Strong proposal development and grant writing skills.
  • Familiarity with SDGs, development indicators, and global impact frameworks.
  • Multilingual capabilities (French, Arabic, Swahili, or Portuguese) are a strong advantage.
