We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Head, Enterprise Applications Support
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Lead support for enterprise applications (ERP, CRM) used by subsidiaries.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee application maintenance and upgrades.
- Coordinate with vendors for issue resolution.
- Ensure alignment with business processes.
Key Qualifications and Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field and Masters will be an addition
- 7+ years in enterprise application support.
- SAP or Oracle ERP experience preferred.
- Knowledge of fintech and banking ecosystems.
