Job Description
- The Head of Operations & Customer Experience (CX) will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities while designing and driving exceptional customer experiences across all touchpoints.
- This role requires a strategic leader who can optimize processes, improve service delivery, and ensure customer satisfaction aligns with the organization’s business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and review operational policies, procedures, and workflows.
- Oversee and manage daily operational activities to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company standards.
- Design and implement customer experience strategies that enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- Lead, mentor, and develop operations and customer service teams.
- Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular reviews.
- Collaborate with senior management to align operational and CX strategies with business goals.
- Prepare and present operational and CX reports to management.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 3 – 4 years experience.
Performance Review & Growth
- Salary: N400,000 – N450,000 Monthly.
- Salary review and possible increase after 3 months based on performance.
