Swift Consulting Limited – Our client in the E-commerce Industry is recruiting suitable candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head of Operations / Vendor Relations Manager

Location: Anambra
Employment Type: Full-time

Major Responsibilities

  • Monitor inventory flow, product availability, and warehouse coordination.
  • Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions.
  • Source, onboard, and manage vendors across different product categories.
  • Maintain strong communication and relationships with vendors to ensure timely supply, competitive pricing, and high product quality.
  • Work closely with management to align operational strategy with business goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise operational and vendor management teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of proven experience in E-commerce operations, vendor management, supply chain, or similar roles.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficiency in using e-commerce management tools, inventory systems, and spreadsheets.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
