Job Description
Wilmar Nigeria Limited, a leading agribusiness and plantation company is recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Head of Security
Location: Calabar, Cross River
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the security team across the plantations.
- Design and implement strategies for theft detection, prevention, and response.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community leaders, local authorities, and government security agencies.
- Provide regular security reports and recommend improvements to management.
- Ensure the safety of plantation assets, personnel, and operations.
Key Requirements
- Must be a retired Army Lieutenant (or equivalent rank) with proven leadership and security management experience.
- Strong record of discipline, integrity, and dedication.
- Skilled in developing strategies for theft prevention and control within large-scale operations.
- Ability to liaise effectively with local communities, government agencies, and security stakeholders.
- Must be proactive, strict, and results-oriented in enforcing security measures.
- Maximum Age: 52 years
Salary
N400,000 – N500,000 Monthly.
