We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Horeca (Hotel, Restaurant, Cafe) Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • The Horeca (Hotel, Restaurant, Café) Manager will be responsible for managing and growing business relationships within the HORECA channel, driving sales, ensuring product availability, and executing brand visibility strategies across key outlets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to grow HORECA channel sales.
  • Identify and onboard new customers in the HORECA sector.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing HORECA partners to drive repeat business.
  • Ensure effective product placement and visibility in all HORECA outlets.
  • Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis to gather insights and improve performance.
  • Coordinate with internal sales and marketing teams to align promotional activities.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts for the HORECA segment.

Requirements

Salary
N300,000 – N350,000 Monthly.
