Job Summary
- We seek a dedicated Hostel Mistress to oversee the welfare, discipline, and daily routines of students in the girls’ hostel.
- She will ensure a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment where students can thrive academically and socially.
Job Description
The Hostel Mistress will manage the girls’ hostel and provide guidance, supervision, and care. Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising daily routines and hostel activities.
- Maintaining discipline and order among students.
- Monitoring student welfare, health, and safety.
- Acting as a mentor and counsellor to students.
- Liaising with parents and school authorities.
- Monitoring student academic pursuit and progress
- Enforcing hostel rules and reporting issues promptly.
