We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Hotel Receptionist / Hostess (Boutique Hotel & Spa)

Location: Abuja
Job type: Full-time (Onsite)

Position Overview 

  • The Receptionist/Hostess will be the first point of contact for guests, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a blend of beauty, intelligence, and strong interpersonal skills, making them a perfect ambassador for our hotel and spa.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Provide information about the hotel, spa services, and local attractions to guests.
  • Handle reservations and inquiries through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Demonstrate excellent sales skills by upselling services and packages to enhance the guest experience.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
  • Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Uphold the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times.

Requirements

  • Must possess a beautiful and professional appearance.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Good knowledge of hospitality and guest service principles.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and with a positive attitude.
  • Previous experience in a reception or hostess role is a plus.
  • Smart and intelligent, with the ability to engage guests effectively.

Salary Range
N150,000 – N200,000 / Month.
