We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor
Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the housekeeping team and join in cleaning
- Assign and inspect cleaning tasks to ensure they are completed to high standards
- Train new housekeeping staff and provide ongoing guidance and support
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and common areas
- Address and resolve guest complaints or concerns related to housekeeping
- Collaborate with maintenance and front desk teams to address facility maintenance needs.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualification with at least 5 years of work experience.
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Male applicants only.
Salary
N150,000 Monthly.
