With a commitment to innovation, integrity, and customer satisfaction, we strive to exceed expectations and become your trusted partner in logistics and automobile needs.We are recruiting to fill the position below:Job Title: HR ManagerLocation: Maryland, LagosEmployment Type: Full-timeJob ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage the full spectrum of Human Resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training, and development.Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the company’s vision, culture, and operational goals.Support departmental managers with manpower planning, talent acquisition, and employee retention initiatives.Maintain compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.Manage compensation and benefits administration, employee engagement programs, and disciplinary processes.Drive initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture, productivity, and continuous improvement.Prepare periodic HR reports, analytics, and workforce insights to support management decision-making.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s Degree or HR certifications such as CIPM, SHRM, or PHRi is an advantage).Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Human Resources managerial roleExcellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Application Closing Date30th October, 2025.How to ApplyInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV and Cover letter to: careers@whitesoulgroup.org using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.
