Education: B.Sc. in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related discipline

Job Description:

• Implement and monitor HSE policies across operational sites to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and safety audits to identify hazards and recommend mitigation measures.
• Lead accident investigations and prepare detailed incident reports with recommendations to prevent recurrence.
• Facilitate HSE training sessions and workshops for employees and contractors.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HSE legislation and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HSE considerations into project planning and execution.
• Manage emergency response drills and ensure readiness of all personnel.
• Track and analyze HSE performance metrics and prepare management reports.

Job Requirements:

• Relevant degree and professional HSE certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH).
• Proven experience in oil and gas or heavy industry HSE roles.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams under challenging conditions.
