Education: B.Sc. in Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, or related field

Job Description:

Develop, implement, and enforce HSE policies and procedures across operational sites.

Conduct risk assessments and safety audits to identify hazards and recommend mitigation measures.

Lead accident investigations and prepare detailed incident reports with recommendations to prevent recurrence.

Facilitate HSE training sessions and workshops for employees and contractors.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HSE legislation and industry best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HSE considerations into project planning and execution.

Manage emergency response drills and ensure readiness of all personnel.

Track and analyze HSE performance metrics and prepare management reports.

Job Requirements:

Relevant degree and professional HSE certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH).

Proven experience in oil and gas or heavy industry HSE roles.

Strong organizational and leadership abilities.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and in teams under challenging conditions.
