We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: ICT Lead

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

  • The ICT Lead will define and drive the company’s technology vision, overseeing IT operations and innovation to ensure systems, infrastructure, and digital tools enable business growth, efficiency, and security.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of ICT strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, and enterprise systems with focus on scalability and security.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives including ERP, CRM, and cloud migration.
  • Establish and enforce IT governance, data security, and compliance standards.
  • Manage IT budgets, vendor partnerships, and contract negotiations.
  • Provide leadership to the ICT team, ensuring capacity building and high performance.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to management on technology trends and innovation.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ ICT experience, with at least 5 in a senior/lead role.
  • Proven track record in leading digital transformation and enterprise-wide IT projects.
  • Strong expertise in IT governance, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.

Salary
N150,000 – N300,000 monthly.
