We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Industrial Real Estate Development Director

Location: Ode-Remo, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the company’s overall industrial real estate development plan.
  • Participate in land acquisition, planning and design, approvals, construction implementation, and investment operations.
  • Coordinate with Nigerian government agencies, investors, design and construction teams to ensure smooth project progress.
  • Continuously research Nigeria’s real estate market trends to identify and promote quality project opportunities.
  • Manage project teams and talent development to enhance execution and professional standards.
  • Participate in major company investments and cooperation negotiations to promote the long-term value of industrial real estate.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above in Real Estate Development, Engineering Management, Land Resource Management, Investment, or related fields
  • Minimum 8 years of real estate development management experience with full project delivery experience in Nigeria’s industrial, commercial, and residential sectors;
  • Familiar with Nigeria’s real estate development process, policies, and
  • legal regulations;
  • Knowledgeable about Nigerian land transaction laws and procedures, and the Certificate of Occupancy application process;
  • Experience in industrial parks, logistics parks, or large-scale industrial projects preferred;
  • Strong strategic planning, resource integration, and cross-departmental
  • coordination skills, able to independently manage complex projects;
  • Clear thinker with strong execution, adaptable to multinational environments
  • corporate culture and high-intensity project management;
  • Fluent in English (local language skills preferred);
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license.

Salary
N600,000 – N800,000 Monthly
