Role Overview
- We are seeking a smart, organised, and relationship-driven coordinator to support our industry engagement and commercial activities across Design Week Lagos, the Made by Design Exhibition (our flagship trade show), Essential Interiors, and the wider Design & Innovation ecosystem.
- This role requires someone confident with people, strong in communication, and comfortable driving commercial follow-ups and partnership coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with industry partners, exhibitors, creatives, and organisations
- Serve as a key coordinator for the Made by Design Exhibition, supporting exhibitor communication and onboarding.
- Assist with commercial activities including sales outreach, proposal support, and follow-ups
- Coordinate stakeholders across events, exhibitions, and activations
- Track commitments, deliverables, and required documents
- Provide structured industry feedback to improve platforms and partnerships
- Work closely with events, exhibitions, communications, and sponsorship teams
Requirements
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with sales coordination and partnership management
- Ability to handle fast-paced, multi-task environments
- Experience in events, design, creative industries, or exhibitions is an added advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication
