We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Installer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: Installation Supervisor / Project Manager

Role Description

  • The Installer is responsible for the professional installation of the company’s range of window shading systems — including manual and motorized blinds, curtain tracks, zip systems, and related products.
  • This role requires precision, technical skill, and a commitment to high-quality workmanship across residential, corporate, and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install roller shades, curtain tracks, motorized shading systems, and related products according to company standards and client specifications.
  • Take accurate site measurements and prepare materials for installation.
  • Ensure proper alignment and fitting during installations.
  • Test and calibrate motorized systems to ensure smooth and reliable operation.
  • Troubleshoot and carry out minor on-site repairs when necessary.
  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain company quality standards.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, site supervisors, and project managers.
  • Complete post-installation checks and prepare job completion reports.
  • Maintain company tools, vehicles, and equipment in good working condition.

Requirements
Education:

  • Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Technology, or a related technical field.

Experience:

  • 2 – 5 years of proven experience in installation, carpentry, mechanical fitting, or a related field.
  • Experience with shading systems, automation, or interior finishing is an added advantage.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Familiarity with electrical wiring, motorized systems, and power tools.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Comfortable working at heights and on construction sites under varied conditions.
  • Good problem-solving skills for on-site challenges.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and fittings.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Professional attitude and strong customer service orientation.

Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 / Month.
