Description
- We are recruiting an experienced Investment Analyst (Lawyer) on behalf of our client in the Oil & Gas industry.
- The ideal candidate will combine strong legal expertise with sound investment analysis skills to support business growth, evaluate opportunities, and manage risks.
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal and financial due diligence on potential investments.
- Review, draft, and negotiate investment-related contracts and agreements.
- Provide legal advisory support on corporate and regulatory matters.
- Analyze market trends, financial data, and business performance.
- Collaborate with finance and strategy teams to support investment decisions.
Requirements
- LL.B and B.L Degree (Master’s Degree or professional certification is an advantage).
- 8 – 10 years of relevant experience within the Oil & Gas or Energy sector.
- Proven experience in investment analysis, legal advisory, or corporate finance.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
