About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee its technology operations and lead ERP implementation across retail outlets.
- The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with business understanding to ensure seamless systems integration and stakeholder alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation, management, and optimization of ERP systems across retail operations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth system deployment and performance.
- Oversee daily IT operations, software maintenance, and system upgrades.
- Support retail teams with technology solutions that enhance efficiency and customer experience.
- Ensure data security, network reliability, and prompt resolution of IT issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 – 6 years of IT management experience.
- Proven experience in ERP implementation (preferably in retail environments).
- Strong understanding of retail operations and software systems.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
