They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Lead Architect

Location: Egbeda, Lagos
Work mode: Full time (Onsite)

Job Summary

  • We’re hiring a Lead Architect to design, plan and oversee architectural projects from concept to completion—bringing creativity, precision and innovation to every project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead concept development, design and visualization for various projects.
  • Create floor plans, elevations, construction drawings and 3D visualizations.
  • Develop animation walkthroughs and client presentation materials.
  • Collaborate with project and design teams for feasibility and compliance.
  • Supervise project execution and maintain design quality on site.
  • Mentor junior architects and support continuous process improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Master’s Degree in Architecture (M.Sc. Arch).
  • 2–3 years of proven architectural design experience.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, and Photoshop.
  • Strong in 3D rendering, animation, and presentation graphics.
  • Excellent design, detailing, and project coordination skills.
  • Must be Lagos-based and available for full-time onsite work
